My name is Lourdes Vega, I was born in Atoyac de Alvarez, Guerrero. Since I was a child I have liked sciences and now I am a chemist. My major is focused in forensics specifically DNA (human identification and paternity testing). I have been working in the forensic field for more than 18 years.
I am also a professor. I give Genetics lectures on Monday, Thursday and Friday. I have more than 50 students this semester. They are very enthusiastic and I really enjoy being around them.
I travek ti the USA very often because I attend at least two important scietific meetings a year.
I would like to speak English more fluently and travel to Europe more often.
I like pop music, going to the movies and reading Garcia Marquez books
